Digital Diary
MOT Manager is fully compliant with GDPR. Our digital diary system is seamless and works hand in hand with the text reminders your customers receive. Once your customer receives the text it will include a phone number to call the garage plus a link to book online. If they wish to follow this link it will give the customer a choice of days and time slots which work with your garage.

The world is moving rapidly into the digital age. Doctor surgeries and dentists are now pushing patients onto booking via their smartphone. We offer a seamless plug in which is placed onto your website and links directly with the MOT Manager diary. Every customer who receives your MOT/service text reminders will also have a link to book in.
SMS Campaigns
From as little as £49.99+VAT you can start advertising promotions at your garage. This campaign will send a text out to every customer in your database and the open rate is far greater than an email campaign which usually ends up in the junk folder. SMS is king.

Do you have multiple ramps?
MOT Manager's diary can configure up to five ramps and assign names to each. Imagine running a seamless diary across all five ramps, easy to read, easy to edit and easy to workflow.

Job Cards
Once your customers have been booked into the diary and job card is automatically generated, information includes:

Live DVLA MOT Data
MOT Manager has an authorised license in place with the DVLA to include an unlimited lookup service for our garages. From here you will be able to check:
